What do your products contain?
We use only the highest quality ingredients available anywhere, and many of our ingredients are imported to us from around the world. All the ingredients we use in our production are 100% pure and made in the good old US of A. Should you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies, please call us and we would be delighted to answer your questions. Our bakery is a nut rich facility, and even though we take all necessary precautions, even if an item doesn't contain nuts, it is made on shared equipment where products with nuts are made.
What if I don't like it?
We guarantee your complete satisfaction with every purchase. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply call us for prompt and courteous refund or replacement.
Is there sales tax on my purchase?
Illinois state sales tax is charged on all orders shipped to an Illinois address. The current rate is 2% of the subtotal for food items.
What payment methods do you accept?
For online sales we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
How do you protect my personal information?
Your order and information are protected with the highest level of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption available.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to physical addresses within the United States. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
Shipping Information
We pack your Little Miss Muffin order with special care, and we ship everything via UPS. We offer standard ground (3-5 business days) for IL, MI, IA and WI, express (2-3 business days) and overnight service. Please note, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. We begin to fill your order the moment it is placed, and we ship as quickly as possible. To assure freshness, and because many orders require special preparation, we guarantee to ship your order on the following schedule:

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping costs are FREE OF CHARGE! Please note, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. You will be offered the option of express shipping prior to and during checkout. If your order
requires overnight shipping, costs are $17.95 per item, excluding the gift baskets, which are $24.95 per. Shipping costs shown apply only for orders shipped within the United States. For shipments to Canada, please call for additional information.
All shipping rates apply to deliveries in the contiguous 48 states. Certain areas may require an additional charge.
We also require a physical address for delivery. All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be made by express or overnight
delivery. Please add $15 to the express rate for deliveries to these states.
Little Miss Muffin will not be responsible for deliveries that are not accepted due to bad weather. All orders going to a residential address must have someone home to sign for the delivery.
Orders for Holidays including Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, New Years, 4th of July, Christmas, etc. should be placed at least 3 days in advance to ensure that they will arrive on time. Orders placed the day before a major holiday will not be shipped until after the Holiday due to Airborne being closed.
